i’m Ashley. but please— call me AJ. a mosaic of lessons, interests, experiences, thoughts...the sum of many differing parts. 

mind. body. spirit.

after cultivating + establishing a career spanning two opposite fields, journalism (mind) + nursing (body), I’m casting aside my fear. I’m stepping out from the shadows to shine my light. finding strength in vulnerability, openly shifting into the last component of the trifecta.

flowing, connecting the three realms: mind, body, and now…spirit. my story starts well before adulthood, but the triangle connects the chapters.

▵ mind: my early 20s had me utilizing my B.S. in Journalism, earned at Ohio University’s E.W. Scripps School. I gained experience at a global PR agency and then managed marketing communications + events for a private company. a series of life-altering events would shatter my “gold-star + perfectionist” mentality, but ultimately, cajole me into… 

▵ body: after taking care of my grandmother, a career 180° would have me following the nursing call. over 10ish years, I’d earn my B.S. in Nursing from Villanova University (yep, grew up Catholic), become a pediatric nurse, shift into a management role, create + implement educational programming for children+families, and earn my M.S. in Nursing from Drexel University. divine guidance led me to my MSN elective that'd be the catalyst for my wellness certifications and speaking on a national stage about programming I created to nursing peers. this decade of work was a series of sparks igniting the segue into the final component, unveiling a truth I’ve questioned since childhood: that I’m an intuitive empath + channel.

mind. body. holy effing spirit(s).

ever since, I’ve been healing. stretching. growing. in this process of “clair”ifying + awakening, my journey began. revealing how my sensitivity often ridiculed as “too much,” was actually a gift. making sense of my interest in the universe, astrology, angels, signs, past lives, + pretty rocks (crystals) even as a child. understanding that i wasn't just a “really good guesser.” cracked open and into my purpose, leading toward…

▵ spirit: my path to this point was led by a divinely guided compass toward supporting+serving others; to holding space + offering a place to celebrate/laugh/cry about the beautiful + tough lessons we chose for our soul’s journey. my purpose is to blend...the practical + mystical. the scholarly + spiritual. the intellectual+intuitive. a bridge between mainstream + magic. to empower+inspire others to let their authentic light shine. we’re all made from the same matter, but through our experiences, our mosaics become unique.

so. from one hybrid + mosaic to another…
